Dr. Lai received her B.A. in biology at the University of Colorado. She then pursued her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and the license to practice acupuncture.

Her practice focuses on supporting and restoring the inherent healing systems of the individual using natural therapies. Dr. Lai takes the time to listen and tailors the treatments to the needs of the individual.
