Dr. Lai's Sample Menu Plan and Diet Diary.
Dr. Lai also drinks plenty of water throughout the day!
DAY 1
- Breakfast
Dilute juice (7/8 water with 1/8 organic tropical punch)
Rooibos Chai Tea (Yogi) with Rice Dream
Mediclear (Rice protein detoxification powder) smoothie
- Snack
Luna Bar (Lemon)
- Snack
Apple with almond butter, Handful of Onion Yukon Gold Terra Chips and raw cashews
- Dinner
Thai green curry chicken with sautéed veggies (carrots, onions, celery, turnips, water chestnuts) from the Best of Vietnamese and Thai Cooking by Mai Pham pg.130. Sautéed bok choy in olive oil with lime and salt. Basmati rice.
DAY 2
- Breakfast
Dilute juice (see above), Rooibos Chai Tea with Rice Dream
2 handfuls of Fantastic Granola,1 Gala apple with almond butter
1 slice of Healthseed Organic Spelt Bread toasted with butter and jam
- Snack
Govinda Bliss Bar
- Lunch
1 can of Amy's organic split pea soup
1/2 apple
Handful of Onion Garlic Yukon Gold Terra Chips
- Dinner
Handful of chips and raw cashews
Leftover chicken dish with rice from night before
