DAY 3

  • Breakfast
    Dilute juice (see above), Rooibos Chai Tea with Rice Dream
    2 handfuls of Fantastic Granola,1 Gala apple with almond butter
    1 slice of Healthseed Organic Spelt Bread toasted with butter and jam
  • Snack
    Jackson Whole Bar (1 888 307 6644)
  • Lunch
    Japanese stir-fry with tofu and brown rice (The Orchard)
  • Dinner
    Handful of terra chips (see previous)
    Zesty Cilantro Rice Pilaf (Seeds of Change)
    Pinto beans with sautéed onions, jalapeno vinegar and hot sauce
    Steamed broccoli with lemon, olive oil and salt

DAY 4

  • Breakfast
    Dilute juice (see above)
    Rooibos Chai Tea with Unsweetened Organic Westsoy Vanilla Soymilk
    1-1/2 scoops of Mediclear with 10oz water and 6 oz juice
  • Snack
    Tamari roasted almonds and raisins
  • Lunch
    Sliced Turkey (Whole Foods) with sprouts, sliced tomato, and mustard
    Steamed broccoli with lemon, olive oil and salt
  • Dinner
    Leftover rice pilaf with pinto beans
    Sautéed kale with lemon, olive oil and salt
  • Snack
    Popcorn cooked in olive oil and butter with sea salt
