Dr. Sinclair's Sample Menu Plan and Diet Diary.
DAY 1
- Breakfast
Muesli with Nuts and Dried Fruit with Organic Vanilla Yogurt
Fresh Pineapple
1 cup organic 50% caffineated coffee
- Lunch
Sliced turkey on Whole grain bread with Mustard, Lettuce, Cheese and Tomato
Organic Blue corn chips
- Dinner
Organic corn tostadas with pinto beans, avocado, diced cabbage, tomato, grated cheese and salsa
DAY 2
- Breakfast
Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, pineapple and 1 Tbsp of Cold-Pressed Flax seed oil
- Lunch
Albacore tuna mixed with chopped celery, onion, parsley, tomato and carrot
Finn Crisp Rye Crackers
One slice of Organic Gouda cheese
- Dinner
Pan-sautéed Sole- lightly dusted with flour, salt and pepper with oven-roasted Rosemary potatoes and Asparagus
- Dessert
Two pieces of Semi-sweet organic chocolate with Hazelnuts
