DAY 3

  • Breakfast
    Two Organic Eggs over-easy served with Stone ground corn grits and salsa
    Three slices of nitrate-free organic bacon.
  • Lunch
    Bowl of Homemade Lentil-Vegetable soup
  • Dinner
    Amy's Organic Frozen Pizza with added olives, tomatoes, feta cheese and Basil
    Two Coronas
  • Dessert
    Popcorn- cooked on the stove in butter and olive oil

DAY 4

  • Breakfast
    Whole grain Toast with Almond butter
    Half of an apple
  • Lunch
    Grilled Chicken Caesar salad
    Iced tea.
  • Dinner
    Homemade Thai coconut curry with lots of veggies and sautéed Tofu, Steamed rice - 1/2 jasmine 1/2 brown rice
    Sautéed Bok choy with garlic in olive oil topped with sesame oil
